The purpose of the Professional Responsibility Memorandum of Agreement is to clarify and streamline the process through which professional practice problems are addressed. The process focuses on practice problems related to Nursing Standards of Practice and intends to collaborate on solutions at the local level.

Please ensure you have had a discussion with your excluded manager / designate prior to filling out the Professional Responsibility Form (PRF).

Nurses working in Health Authorities / Providence Health Care must also consult with their Professional Practice Office.
